Nope. When we send you your TieTry shipment, we send a corresponding number of pre-paid and addressed envelopes that you will return the ties to us in. For example, if your membership level calls for 2 ties at a time, we will send you a package with 2 ties, and 2 envelopes in which you can return the ties to us in. You may send the ties back at separate times, or at the same time (if sending them back at the same time, we ask that you place each tie in its own separate envelope). Still don't understand the process? Reread it again, a little slower this time.
We are always looking to add more brands and styles to our offering. We would love to hear your suggestions, and will do our best to add them to our collection. Shoot us an email with the tie description or a link to where we can find it. If we add it to our collection we will be sure to send you an email so that you can queue it up for your next shipment.
We are not a manufacturer or distributor of ties and do not have any sponsorship, affiliation, connection, or association with any other company or tie manufacturer. Instead, we provide new, pre-owned, used, and reconditioned ties to our members. Even when we purchase a tie new, however, once it has been loaned to one of our subscribers once, it is then used. In order to provide ties to our customers at a low price, we get our ties from a number of sources. We rarely purchase ties from a manufacturer. We have a tedious quality control process, and only offer ties that we would wear ourselves)
Every time we receive a tie back from a customer, we disinfect the tie using a process which is a closely held secret of the state.
If we receive a tie back that has a minor stain or slight damage, don't worry about it. If it is a major stain that we can still effictively clean, we will charge your credit card $12. If the tie is majorly stained or damaged, or if you lose it, we will charge your card for the retail value of the tie. We will be glad to send this tie back to you and you can keep it as a badge of honor or wear it around your head like a Ninja. Hey, you paid for it.
We're sorry to hear that you want to cancel your account. Is there anything we can do to change your mind? If not, just go in to the membership section and press cancel. Make sure you send those ties you currently have back to us. We will give you a full week to get them back to us. If they don't make it back to us within 7 days we're going to assume you love those things so much you just want to keep them, and we're going to have to charge your credit card the same replacement fee as if you destroyed the tie.

I don't know. Where do you live? All of our ties are shipped from the home office in Mobile, Al. We always use the United State Postal Service to ship our ties. To find out how long it will take for your ties to get to your doorstep go to a search engine and type in your zip code along with ours and the terms "shipping time." Odds are you can get a great answer there. If that isn't sufficient shoot us an email and we will look it up for you. But generally, you should receive your ties 1 - 3 days after we ship them.
